Drive Growth in 3D Bioprinting with VoxCell BioInnovation

Victoria-based VoxCell BioInnovation is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth in its innovative 3D bioprinting technology.

The company specializes in bioinks and 3D bioprinted tissue models, serving the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors.

Recognized globally for its groundbreaking work, VoxCell was named one of Techcouver’s 10 homegrown startups to watch in 2023 and declared the winner of the Collision’s 2024 PITCH competition.

In this remote role (with preference for candidates in Victoria, BC), the successful candidate will lead sales initiatives, foster client relationships, and expand market presence.

Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is required, along with 3+ years of sales experience in life sciences or biotechnology.

VoxCell offers a competitive salary of $90,000–$100,000, equity options, and three weeks of vacation. The position involves up to 50% travel.
