Actively Hiring Startup MyPlace Opens Engineering Hub in Toronto

July 21, 2022 by Knowlton Thomas

MyPlace now has a place in Toronto.

The San Francisco startup announced this week that an engineering office for MyPlace has launched in Ontario’s biggest tech hub. The Bay Area company is developing a private home-sharing platform built to help people share their home with friends.

“Very pumped to be launching the first MyPlace engineering hub here in Toronto,” said chief operating officer Aaron Zifkin, who is based in the city.

MyPlace promises comprehensive health plans, work-life balance, flexible vacation, and remote work opportunities.

“We are currently hiring for a bunch of roles as we continue to expand our social home sharing platform internationally,” stated Zifkin.

Those roles include lead product designer, community manager, full-stack engineer, and more.

MyPlace was founded in 2019.

To scope opportunities like those found at MyPlace, take a gander at the Tech Talent Canada Job Board, a free year-round resource for job seekers across the country.
