Canada’s Best Workplaces In Technology For 2023

June 7, 2023 by Robert Lewis

Great Place to Work, an organization that evaluates companies based on company culture, has released its 2023 list of Canada’s Best Workplaces in Technology.

Organizations were selected based on Great Place to Work’s Trust Index Survey, which measures the employee experience at each company.

Employees are asked how frequently they experience behaviours that create a great workplace, including, transparency, collaboration, benefits, professional development, and work-life balance.

This year’s notable tech companies include Alida, Andgo, Intuit Canada, KUBRA, Pixieset, Thomson Reuters, and VEERUM.

“As a technology company, receiving this recognition reinforces that we’re succeeding in our goal to be a leader in our field in creating and sustaining an outstanding workplace culture,” said President and CEO Rick Watkin.

“This requires our leaders to have an unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive, empathetic, and high-trust environment for our people – and KUBRA has that.”
