Here are the Best Workplaces for Women in Canada

March 25, 2020 by Robert Lewis

With females representing close to 50% of the Canadian workforce, it’s time that our workplaces became truly equal and inclusive.

Creating great workplaces for women isn’t political or trendy, and it’s not a women’s issue. It’s a business issue.

Great Place to Work has announced the 2020 list of Best Workplaces for Women.

Among the tech companies on the list are Achievers, BlueCat, Borrowell, Ceridian, CrowdRiff, Fiix, Intuit, Jobber, Kira Systems, Q4, Thinkific, Traction on Demand, TradeRev, Ultimate Software, and Wave.

Check out the complete list here.

To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified™ in the past year, have a minimum of 15 female employees, and at least 90% of employees indicate that their workplace is safe and poeple are treated fairly regardless of their gender.

Great Place to Work determined the BEST based the overall Trust Index score from female respondents, as well as their programs and practices that promote the fair treatment and advancement of women.
