The company has forged significant partnerships with prominent organizations such as Wealthsimple, Scotiabank, CIBC, and Amazon, aiming to make estate planning more accessible nationwide.
The newly advertised role is pivotal in refining and executing strategies for customer onboarding, conversion, and retention, primarily via email and SMS channels. Reporting to the Director of SEO and Organic Channels, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing data-driven segmentation strategies, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.
Ideal applicants will possess a proven track record in lifecycle or CRM marketing, with expertise in tools like Mailchimp or Attentive. A strong analytical mindset, proficiency in automation, segmentation, and deliverability best practices are essential. While proficiency in SQL and experience with D2C or B2C brands are advantageous, they are not mandatory.
