The position requires 5-10 years of experience in areas such as building maintenance, industrial maintenance, or data center operations. Strong project management skills and familiarity with Management of Change processes are essential.

Experience in managing a technical workforce in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift quickly is a key asset. Onsite presence in Kamloops and travel to remote sites as needed are also required.
