The company plans to hire more than 20 engineering and sales professionals locally, embedding itself in Canada’s AI tech ecosystem and establishing Toronto as a core development engine for its global operations.

The company’s platform helps lawyers draft, strategize, and automate complex workflows—securely drawing from proprietary and public legal sources.
