Seattle unicorn Highspot announced that they’re expanding into Canada with their fifth international office in Vancouver.
Highspot is a sales enablement platform that increases sales team productivity. The company raised a $248 million Series F last year and has since been recognized across leading industry awards such as Forbes’s Cloud 100, Forbes’s America’s Best Startup Employers, and PEOPLE’s 100 Companies that Care.
Companies like DocuSign, General Motors, Nestle, Siemens and Verizon Media use Highspot to manage content, train and coach sellers and engage buyers.
Highspot’s expanded footprint enables the company to continue to recruit local tech and engineering talent and further solidify its role as a standout employer in the Pacific Northwest.
“We’re on a mission to attract the best talent, and Vancouver stood out as a multicultural city with strong product and engineering expertise,” Bhrighu Sareen, President of Product & Engineering, Highspot told Techcouver.
“From the depth of technical background, design thinking, and strong product experience, the quality of potential Highspotters in Vancouver is undeniable. The city’s top-tier Educational institutions also make it a great location to expand the Highspot Accelerate program, which seeks to bring diverse talent into the tech industry and give them a strong career path.”
With keen attention to hiring and developing early career talent, Highspot also announced the expansion of its Accelerate apprenticeship program into Canada, as well as a working relationship with Vancouver’s Simon Fraser University.
As part of these efforts, Highspot will offer cybersecurity apprenticeships for students in the university’s premier master’s program and provide tailored experiences for those college graduates that will jumpstart careers and foster career development.
Highspot is hiring for hybrid roles in Vancouver across product, design, cyber security and engineering.
