Alida Wins 2020 Comparably Award for Best Company Culture

Alida (formerly Vision Critical) has been selected as a 2020 “Best Company Culture” winner from Comparably, ranking in the Top 5 on the “Best 50” list of small/mid-sized companies.

With offices in Toronto and Vancouver, Alida is the creator of the world’s first Customer Experience Management (CXM) and insights platform.

Winners were chosen out of tens of thousands of companies and selected based on anonymous employee feedback provided on the Comparably platform.

Alida received exceptionally high ratings from its Alida employees, placing with an A+ across all 20 culture categories, including leadership, happiness, company outlook, perks and benefits, work environment and teams.
