Founded in 2003, Waterstone Human Capital helps organizations cultivate high-performing cultures.
Each year, Waterstone honours Canada’s top corporate cultures with an annual awards program.
“These awards recognize the very best in corporate culture,” says Marty Parker, who founded Waterstone more than two decades ago.
This year, several technology firms nationwide made Waterstone’s list of Most Admired Corporate Cultures.
These companies include Mississauga fintech goeasy and Toronto bio-tech firm BenchSci, as well as Saskatoon’s Coconut Software, Calgary’s Showpass, and Vancouver’s Thinkific, Acuitas Therapeutics, and TLC Solutions.
Treefrog, ventureLAB, SecurityCompass, and PointClickCare Technologies were also recognized.
“Those leaders and organizations that have built and nurtured performance-driven cultures and that are at the forefront of culture best practices,” says Parker. “This year’s winners actively craft high-performance cultures and serve as an inspiration for others who want to do the same.”
“On behalf of Waterstone Human Capital and our partners, congratulations to the 2024 award winners,” Parker continued. “We look forward to celebrating their success and the impact culture is having on their growth and performance.”
The geographical diversity of 2024 winners builds on last year’s edition of the awards, which saw tech firms from many different regions of Canada earn recognition from Waterstone.
In 2023, Canada’s most admired corporate cultures included Vancouver’s STEMCELL Technologies, Edmonton’s Canadian Western Bank, Toronto’s SAP Canada, Rümi in Calgary, Montreal’s Behaviour Interactive, Igloo Software out of Kitchener, and London’s Big Blue Bubble.
