How To Leverage The Junior Developer Talent Pool To Build A Successful Team

October 14, 2021 by Robert Lewis

The junior software developer talent pool continues to be the largest and most accessible source of talent, however it requires companies to know how to quickly and successfully ramp that talent up.

Siloed, inconsistent and complicated developer practices make it hard to bring in junior talent and ensure they’re able to be productive and successful quickly.

Kyle Campbell, Founder & CEO of CTO.ai has made a career out of leveraging the junior talent pool to build successful development teams.

Campbell’s first company Retsly exited with a developer department largely made up of Lightouse Labs grads and was the impetus for creating CTO.ai.

On October 21st Campbell will share his best practices with bringing on junior developer talent during an online seminar. Register today to participate.
