Tech Industry’s Compensation Landscape in 2023: Insights from the TAP Network Salary Survey

October 30, 2023 by Techtalent.ca Newsdesk

In the past 18 months, the tech industry experienced an extreme swing from the “great resignation” and a struggle to retain talent to a cooling period, with many companies forced to take cost-cutting measures.

How did companies balance employee retention and inflationary concerns with financial constraints and how much did salaries move in 2023? Is pay transparency legislation impacting compensation practices? What arrangements are in place to support remote work? What tools are being leveraged to pay for hot skills?

Find out the answers to these questions and more on November 16th when TAP Network unpacks the key findings from their 2023 Salary and Total Rewards Survey results.

Last month TAP Network released their annual report on Canadian technology sector compensation and policy data from more than 200 companies shows.

Register online to participate. This is a public event, open to all within Canada’s tech community.
