Photography is common these days, both as a profession and a hobby—as are tools related to the craft.
Pixieset aims to be a convenient, effective, all-in-one platform for photographers. Founded in 2013, the Canadian company offers software solutions for modern photographers, including website templates, mobile apps, and stores—all for prices that won’t break the bank.
“We’re a hardworking, passionate group of people working to make the lives of photographers easier,” the Vancouver-based company says. “Our mission is to equip and inspire everyone on the journey towards running their own photography business.”
As photography grows, so does Pixieset. Recently, the company made the 2019 Growth 500 list with five-year revenue growth of 8,555% and three-year growth of 295%.
“The growth achieved by Pixieset over the last five years has been a team effort from the start,” noted Simon Wong, CEO of Pixieset. “We are incredibly proud of our team.”
And that team, too, is growing. The company is looking for a software engineer, customer support manager, human resources coordinator, and more.
Pixieset is hoping to fill some of its empty positions at the upcoming Tech Talent Vancouver Job Fair, a unique recruiting event that connects Vancouver’s hottest companies with local talent in the city.
The Tech Talent Vancouver Job Fair takes place on February 20th at the Vancouver Convention Centre. Tickets start at $20 and includes a free drink and delectable appetizers.
