The Land Administration Company Seeks Director of Operations

The Land Administration Company (LAC), a Canadian-owned provider of land administration solutions, is hiring a full-time, remote Director of Operations.

This role is responsible for aligning LAC’s development, delivery, partnerships, and administrative teams to improve operational efficiency and oversee projects. Reporting to the COO, the candidate must have over 10 years of senior leadership experience in software development or technical service delivery and a history of managing enterprise-level projects.

LAC offers a salary of $120,000–$150,000, five weeks of paid PTO, medical and dental benefits, and professional development support. The role requires collaboration with teams across multiple time zones and contributes to projects supporting land rights and sustainable development worldwide.

LAC’s mission is to help countries and citizens manage and develop land resources for social, environmental, and financial benefit. The company has a strong record of successful implementations and works with global partners to deliver its solutions.
