Another Indian tech company is setting up shop in Canada.
Vantage Circle is moving its North American HQ from Plano, Texas to Calgary and plans to create up to 250 jobs in the city over the next three years.
The global SaaS firm anticipates its growth in Calgary to emulate its scale-up track record in India, where it increased headcount three-fold over the last three years.
All jobs expected to be created in Calgary will include roles across business development, customer success, strategic partnerships and technical implementations.
“Global firms like Vantage Circle are looking to Calgary as a destination to develop game-changing technologies and expand to new markets,” said Brad Parry, President & CEO, Calgary Economic Development.
“Home to bright minds with big ideas and a strong tech and innovation ecosystem, Calgary offers companies the opportunity to solve some of the world’s biggest challenges.”
With the opening of its new headquarters, Vantage Circle plans to scale its growing workforce in Calgary and expand its clients across North, Central and South America.
Last year global tech consulting firm Infosys opened the Infosys Digital Centre in Calgary and announced it would bring 1,000 jobs to the city over the next two years.
