Best Workplaces in Toronto Tech for Millennials

Millennials are taking over the workforce and companies need to adapt.

According to a Deloitte study, nearly 75 percent of Millennials believe that a “work from home” or “work remotely” policy is important.

Great Place to Work has announced the 2019 list of Best Workplaces for Millennials and Toronto’s tech community appears to be the sweetspot for this demographic who reached adulthood in the early 21st century. 

To be eligible for this Millennial-friendly list at least 30% of their employees must fit the Millennial demographic (born after 1980) and they must have minimum 90% positive response to the statement “I am treated fairly regardless of my age”.

The following tech companies in Toronto were identified as being the best workplaces for millennials:
