Canada’s Best Workplaces For 2023

April 16, 2023 by Stephen Lewis

Great Place to Work, an organization that evaluates companies based on company culture, has released its 2023 list of Canada’s Best Workplaces.

Organizations were selected based on Great Place to Work’s Trust Index Survey, which measures the employee experience at each company.

Employees are asked how frequently they experience behaviours that create a great workplace, including, transparency, collaboration, benefits, professional development, and work-life balance.

This year’s notable tech companies with over 1,000 employees include Cisco, Salesforce, Intuit, Definity, and GFT. Ada, Architech, ScalePad, Vendasta, and Wave all currently have between 100 and 999 employees and were recognized.

Amon the best workplaces with 50-99 employees this year are Andgo, Bridgit, Coconut Software, Manifest Climate, and Pixelset.

For those interesting in getting in on the ground floor, Blockthrough, ChainSafe, Uvaro, and Zenhub were praised for the culture with under 50 employees.

Check out the complete list here.
